However, partners of the UK practice are partners of, or members in (where overseas firms operate through corporate vehicles), all overseas firms within Rawlinson & Hunter International. Certain overseas partners are partners in or members of certain other overseas firms as well as their own local firms although this is not universal (see individual overseas partners’ directories for specific details). No overseas partners or directors are partners or directors of any Rawlinson & Hunter UK entity, which, in turn, does not control any overseas firm.
